All South Realty Inc at 3090 3rd Street South, Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

Short review: All South Realty has no respect for your personal space and just wants your money. They are very unorganized and cannot be trusted. Keep everything noted if working with them, they will forget or lose the documentation and are asking to be sued... Now for the long review of all the BS we went through... They put a for sale sign in the yard half way through our lease, when the lease says they could only do so within 3 months to the end of the lease. We were in a town house and this caused our neighbor to move out. I worked from home and they were HOUNDING us for showings, we had to show the place a lot while i was working at home. They ended up not selling it and took the for sale sign down, great right? No way. Few months later we have random people coming and going from the neighbors place, making very loud noises with construction early in the morning and while im working from home. Our neighbors unit and ours were the same layout but hers was WAY nicer than ours. Definitely did not need any remodeling unlike ours. I asked what they were doing there and was approached by a very disrespectful lady who i found out is the owner of the property. I asked why we were not given any notice for them working. She responds with they're NOT working and she does not have time to argue, as 3 workers behind her are measuring cabinets. Then states that "they are only redoing the cabinets in the kitchen". When i approached Jeanell about this she stated that she was not given any notice and did not know this was going on. Another week or two goes by and now im being woken up by banging on the walls under me from people working. I thought, isn't the kitchen on the other side of the building? Come to find out, they're redoing the entire other unit that didn't need anything done after she said they're only doing the kitchen. We found out they're doing all this work because the owner of the property that didn't give any notice wants to move in to the unit that is not being rented. Another week goes by and our water was shut off 3 different times without notice because of the remodeling on the other unit, again while im working from home. We call up Jeanell and let her know whats going on, no changes are made. Short time later we were given a 30 day notice by Jeanell. Then they tried taking over half our deposit for cleaning and other stuff when the place was falling apart to begin with! All South Realty is terrible to work with.
