I am so happy with this provider! We received a call the same day our paperwork was faxed and we got an appointment scheduled for the following day!!! The person who delivered the machine was great!! We are so happy we switched to Optigen to provide a CPAP machine!

Do not go to Lincare! Originally our provider was American Home Patient (now Lincare), and they never wanted to help my husband every time he called to ask if they received his paperwork. We were fed up after almost 3 months went by and they wouldn’t return my husband’s call to schedule a day to bring the CPAP. We had to HAND deliver the sleep study results... and then they decided to tell us that Lincare bought out AHP, and that WE had to resubmit the referral to Lincare....!? They only told us that because we walked in and bothered them while they were “working.” They were also extremely rude when they were talking to us. We were a total inconvenience to them.
